Ingredients
  

1 lb Ground Beef

1 lb Breakfast Sausage

  • 1 Cup Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 4 Cups Bone Broth
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 1 yellow onion (Medium)
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Before I started cooking I cut up and prepped all my ingredients to make the process a little easier. I have made this soup without the sausage and like it that way too.
    First I turned on the Saute button on my Instant Pot and added the ground beef and sausage, stirring occasionally. I cooked until it started to turn brown then added the onion and cooked for appoximately 3 minutes. I added in the garlic and spices, then added the green pepper and stirred.
    Next pour in the bone broth (Chicken or Beef), Worchestershire sauce. Stir put a lid on for a few minutes on Saute to let it heat up, use the PC lid on venting. Open the lid add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with juice and DO NOT STIR, I also placed in the cauliflower rice on tope at this time. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and lock in place. Set the steam release knob the sealing postition.
    Cancel the Saute function and set the pressure cook manual setting. Use +/- button or dial to choose 4 minutes on High Pressure. It will take some time to come to pressure.
    Once the oooking cycle has ended, let the pot stand undisturbed for 10 minutes. Then turn the steam release knob to the venting position to quick release the pressure. It will release the steam for a few minutes.
    The pin in the lid will drop. Carefully open the lid. Your soup will be extremely HOT!!!!
    I placed mine in bowls and let it cool for several minutes and then added a little more salt and sour cream. I Love this soup. It is seriously one of my husbands favorite Keto recipes.
